Business Team Associate - Reorder

Core Responsibilities:

• Contacts patient at appropriate time concerning reorder of supplies
• Ensures proper documentation of supplies needed and supplies still on hand
• Verifies the patient's address, insurance, and any other needed information prior to processing the patient's reorder
• Communicates with facilities if new order is needed in order to process patient's reorder
• Keep accurate documentation of patient's who request call back in order to ensure patients are contacted for reorder
• Perform other duties as assigned
