The Position: We are seeking a strategic Total Rewards Manager to oversee Walbec's total rewards programs and support the integration of total rewards into our organization's talent strategy. This is an opportunity to shape Walbec's total rewards philosophy and structure, which includes the development of our compensation philosophy, strategy and framework, and identify process improvements within our benefit plan offerings and wellness program, all to drive an improved employee experience. This role is the subject matter expert (SME) for Benefits Management and Compensation Management within our HR system, Workday, and has the opportunity to design the benefits and compensation features within Workday to drive an improved employee experience.
