- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and quarterly reconciliations.
- Review payroll accruals.
- Review bi-weekly payrolls after HR Consultant prepares, check for accuracy and investigate any items outside of standard processes.
- Review bi-weekly payroll registers prior to payroll processing.
- Post bi-weekly and Incentive Payrolls into DMS system.
- Prepare monthly Incentive spreadsheets to be reviewed by Controller.
- Prepare monthly Incentive payroll to be submitted for processing.
- Maintain and update PTO accrual and tracker spreadsheet monthly.
- Oversee, draft and review new employee pay plans and pay plan updates.
- Add new associates into DMS system.
- Enter additions and disposals into the fixed asset program and into the DMS system; reconcile fixed assets monthly, investigate any discrepancies.
- Review WIP accruals for Metro Lexus and Lexus of Akron/Canton. Review Repair Orders that are not closed for the month and perform the appropriate allocation.
- Review technician accruals for Metro Lexus and Lexus of Akron/Canton. Reconcile technician hours against timekeeping hours in our timekeeping system and make the appropriate entry.
- Assist Controller with Corporate operations including budget and quarterly forecast preparation and monthly corporate reporting through OneStream.
- Assist Controller with Corporate Reporting through Onestream, (Day 2 Reporting, Flash Report)
- Prepare End of month spreadsheets for Controller (Detailed Estimates, Recap)
- Prepare Ohio State CAT tax for review by Controller quarterly.
- Assist HR with expense allocations in HR management system.
- Complete bi-weekly Salaries and Wages Report.
- Complete various month-end reports as requested by Controller.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate and communicate with team members.
- Know and understand the Privacy and Information security policy and adhere to its requirements.
- Know and understand the Accounting Processes and Polices of our company and adhere to those practices at all times.
- Communicate requests on all matters outside of accounting processes and policies to Controller.
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle employee and customer data per applicable policies and procedures.
- Review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Demonstrate good administration and coordination skills.
- Demonstrate basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions.
- Demonstrate good computer skills and a working knowledge of dealership computer systems.
- Demonstrate proficient Excel skills with a working knowledge of the advanced functions of the program.
- Demonstrate 10-key by touch skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Is able to work independently or in a team setting effectively.

- Understand Lexus productivity measurements.
Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical experience preferred.
- Good computer skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and apply constant new information to daily tasks.
- Adhere to compliance standards.
