Evanston, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: Office of Human Resources The Senior Benefits Financial Data Analyst has responsibility for the preparation of payments for University-wide benefits, including the funding for multiple retirement plans. Collects, analyzes, reconciles, and summarizes participant and vendor data for active and inactive employee benefits. Provides support for Benefit audits for all retirement and health & welfare plans, as well as regulatory requirements for the plans. Assists the Benefits Financial Specialist when required and works across the Benefits team to resolve issues and discrepancies as they arise. *Note: Not all aspects of the job are covered by this job description. Target hiring range for this position will be between $77,000 - $87,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
