Sr Compensation Analyst
Overview How you can make a difference The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the design and administration of HealthEquity's compensation programs. This role includes conducting market analysis and using market data to make recommendations that will support pay structure design. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with the People team, finance, and leadership teams to ensure team members are compensated fairly and competitively. Assist in designing and implementing compensation structures, including salary bands, job grading, and incentive plans.

Salary Range $92,000 to $117,000 / year Benefits & Perks The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
