In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $24.00 - $47.00/hour. C shift, 6:45p - 7:00a, Sun, Mon, Tues, alt Sat nights

1. Performs all Mold Tech functions
2. Works in a safe manner and monitors safety of equipment and work area.
3. Performs mold set-ups, resin and colorant changes, equipment changes, and start-ups.
4. Interprets scientific molding data and applies information to processing actions.
5. Handles defect notices and makes appropriate process changes.
6. Troubleshoots machines, aux equipment, and process problems.
7. Monitors and documents production processes and changes.
8. Does daily preventive maintenance on machines, molds, and equipment.
9. Communicates issues/problems to supervisor, lead technician, inspectors, process engineer and others.
10. Communicates effectively with other shifts and departments verbally and in writing.
11. Inputs information into process monitor system.
12. Fills-out tech notes on designated computer.
13. Changes nozzles, nozzle tips, nozzle heater bands, etc. as needed.
14. Assist/perform sampling as needed.
15. Maintains clean and safe housekeeping.
16. Verifies carton label information prior to shipment.
17. Training and assists fellow employees as required.
18. Must participate and support CI activities and initiatives.
