Hours and Pay

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Employment Type: Temporary to hire

About the Role: Your Day-to-Day Impact

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between customers, business partners, and drivers, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction at every step. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Assisting customers and business partners via telephone and email with professionalism and care
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints calmly and effectively
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to deliver timely solutions
  • Monitoring delivery routes and scanning haul-away pods to verify stamps
  • Processing order changes or cancellations with precision
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support operations



What We're Looking For

This position is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and exceptional organizational skills are essential. You should be comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
