Bilingual Operations Trainer

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Embody the Credit Union's core values of Trust, Integrity, Teamwork and Making a Difference and ensure that employees understand and embrace these core values.
• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) to gain knowledge of operational standards, systems and business initiatives.
• Design, develop and implement operational training programs in support of the Credit Union's mission.
• Facilitate training courses using a variety of delivery methods, including classroom, onsite, virtual and e-learning.
• Create training resources including facilitator guides, participant guides, work step instructions, PowerPoints, and microlearning.
• Administer and maintain the credit union's LMS including but not limited to tracking training hours, attendance, metrics and reports as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years' experience in developing and delivering training programs preferred
• Experience developing and delivering training in a variety of delivery modalities, including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led
• Credit Union or banking experience is strongly preferred
• Financial industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient or working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (UKG), SharePoint, Camtasia, and other instructional design software.
