Job Title: Lean Continuous Improvement (OPEX) ManagerReporting To: Manager, Site QAWork Schedule: Onsite - Torrance, CAMoog Military Aircraft has an immediate opening for a Lean Continuous Improvement (OPEX) Manager to lead and execute operational excellence initiatives throughout our operations and play a strategic role in driving lean transformation, 80/20 thinking, process improvement, and building organizational capability. This position requires a strong background in continuous improvement methodologies, people leadership, and cross-functional influence. Reporting to the Site Director of Quality and Business Excellence, you will have a 9/80 schedule option and work onsite in Torrance, CA.
