DEPARTMENT: EVANGELINE'S HOUSE POSITION TITLE: PROGRAM OPERATIONS SPECIALIST STATUS: ON CALL, NON-EXEMPT SUPERVISOR: EVANGELINE'S HOUSE PROGRAM MANAGER MISSION STATEMENT: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. SCOPE OF POSITION: Program Operations Specialists working in Evangeline's House and provide temporary shelter, care, compassion, meals, and supervision for up to six Washington State Foster Care youth (10-17 years) and emerging adults (18-20 years) in emergency placement situations for a maximum of 30 days while awaiting placement.
