Manager, Engineering-Facility, Plant Operations & Maintenance, 7a-3:30p

The Manager, Engineering-Facility will organize and manage work requests and projects within a defined area of responsibility; providing customer coordination, project estimation, and scheduling work to accomplish completion, by both in-house and contractor personnel. Reporting of work order completion, P.M.'s and project status is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a participative, teamwork oriented environment including recognition programs to acknowledge abilities, development, and achievement of the entire staff, training programs to insure a culture of learning and growth, and communication to ensure a continuous 2-way flow of information.
• Develop, monitor and track the effectiveness of Customer Service to patients, visitors, and fellow employees. Establish and maintain communication with all levels of Administration and employees
• Provide direction, guidance, and overall management to insure operational integrity, financial viability, physical safety, and institutional compliance of all Norton Healthcare facilities. Utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems and report progress.

Required:

• Five years in facility equipment service and maintenance.
