Clerical Assistant (Part Time, Temporary)

Bolton & Menk has a great opportunity for Part Time Clerical Assistant to join our Sleepy Eye team. We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant who will assist with taking historical files and scanning them into a digital file for document storage. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, commitment to task and must have the ability to stand and operate scanner. The anticipated dates of employment for this individual would be June 2025 - August 2025.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Scan and index documents and records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Utilize document scanning software to complete tasks.
• Ensure that all documents are organized and stored in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all documents and records.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Cross-check documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot software and equipment issues as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

• High School Diploma
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Problem Solving Skills
• Must be detail orientated

Hourly Range: $14.00 - 16.00 per hour, depending on years of experience and credentials
