Description

Position Summary:

The Corporate Deposit Supervisor is responsible for oversight of the Corporate Deposit Specialists. This includes New Account requests and Account Maintenance support that meet quality control protocols and compliance standards. The Corporate Deposit Supervisor will provide expertise and guidance for account solutions to Corporate Partners and the branch network. This includes system support, process/procedures and deposit products. This position will have thorough knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidance at it relates to retail and business banking account structures. The primary areas of impact for this role are new accounts, client experience and employee development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train the operational processes related to new account openings, ensuring efficiency and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Possess strong New Account knowledge for both business and consumer accounts.
  • Reviews new accounts to ensure all required documentation has been completed.
  • Enhance the customer onboarding experience, ensuring that all new accounts are opened smoothly and that customers receive comprehensive information about products and services.
  • Supervise and develop the Corporate Deposit Specialist team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Utilizes Salesforce daily for employee and client communications.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge with the ability to answer detailed questions from RMs and clients as well as educate on best products and services for client.
  • Recommends new account procedures that fosters consistency within the branches.
  • Utilize telephone and email platforms in reaching out to employees to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries.
  • Utilize all mediums through which employees communicate internally and externally.
  • Stays abreast of technology and the banks integrated client solutions.
  • Work closely with internal departments to improve account opening experiences.
  • As needed will fulfill new account requests for prospects and existing clients as directed by internal partners to include ancillary products and services.
  • As needed will gather KYC information from client and enter in Verafin.
  • As needed will review new and existing CIFs to household/parent in Salesforce.
  • Keeps the Director of Retail Operations informed of quality control checks and findings.
  • Monitors and assigns Salesforce cases to ensure proper tracking of service needs utilizing Salesforce CSR's
  • Adhere to all Texas Partners Bank policies, procedures and regulatory and training requirements, regulatory, legal and governmental regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Education and Experience Qualifications:

High School Diploma and/or GED required. Minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience in a banking environment involving new deposit accounts. Must be able to work independently, have well developed people skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management. The ability to travel to all locations is a requirement for the position.
