Genesis10 is currently seeking a Systems Operations Support Engineer with our client in the financial Industry located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 24+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Provide engineering support for enterprise archiving and compliance systems Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve moderately complex issues related to systems operations Drive process optimization through automation by designing and implementing scalable, reusable solutions Use scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell to streamline manual processes Work with technologies including Java, Tomcat, PowerBI, ServiceNow, and database change management systems Support eDiscovery and compliance application operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions Leverage deep understanding of compliance and operational policies to support production systems Participate in planning and execution of systems engineering initiatives Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, or education Strong PowerShell scripting skills Experience with Java or Tomcat Background in compliance, eDiscovery, or archiving systems Familiarity with PowerBI and data reporting Experience using ServiceNow and/or managing database changes in enterprise environments Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with excellent attention to detail Pay Range: $37-47 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
