Base Compensation Range: $101,000 - $116,000
*In addition, you qualify for:
- Annual bonus opportunity of 15% based on company performance

Job Summary
Mesa Labs is looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help shape our global CRM strategy. You'll be the go-to person for all things Salesforce, helping our teams work smarter and get the most out of our CRM.
As our Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll have the autonomy to drive meaningful change across our organization. You'll be more than just an admin - you'll be a key technology leader helping to shape how our global teams work and succeed.
This role is 100% remote and part of the Enterprise Solutions team including software developers, NetSuite ERP Administrators, and a dedicated Scrum Product Owner.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize our Salesforce Enterprise Edition environment through the complete lifecycle, including user provisioning, role-based security models, approval hierarchies, and compliance controls while implementing proactive monitoring to maintain optimal system performance and data integrity
- Manage the Salesforce release cycle, testing new features and communicating impacts to users
- Partner with our developers to build cutting-edge solutions using custom components, including Lightning Web Components, Flow customizations, and API integrations that extend core Salesforce functionality while maintaining scalability, performance, and adherence to platform best practices
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement AppExchange solutions to extend platform capabilities
- Drive Commercial Excellence initiatives including implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions that improve sales effectiveness, enhance customer engagement metrics, streamline quote-to-cash processes, and provide actionable insights through advanced analytics and reporting to support revenue growth objectives
- Create and update user-friendly training materials, quick reference guides, and knowledge base articles to enhance user adoption and self-service capabilities
- Lead initiatives to enhance user adoption and system effectiveness by developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies, conducting targeted training sessions, and creating personalized user experiences that address specific departmental workflows
- Create and maintain report folders, types, and sharing settings for different user groups
- Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies and change management procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors or data synchronization issues
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
Experience/Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or similar, and significant hands-on experience (5+ Years) administering Salesforce in a public company setting; or relevant combination of education and experience
Knowledge and Skillsets Required
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limits, capabilities, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical and technical skills
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience with data migration, report creation, and dashboard development

- Typical office work environment setting, sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer
Environmental Conditions
- Regularly works on a computer for approximately 8 hours a day
- The position will work in a team environment, interacting with all related cross functional groups throughout the organization, including executive management, marketing, finance, legal, and external consultants where applicable.
