Position Summary The Project Manager will drive cross functional business development projects. The Project Manager will be a conduit between approved business development projects (by all channels) and the operations, scheduling, purchasing, logistics and financial teams. Continuously improving processes, the Project Manager will manage approved projects from samples through completion. They will ensure the project team, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners remain cohesive in working toward project objectives, effectively monitor project tasks and milestones, and socialize progress and risks to key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This role will be a critical member of the team and the success of Tru Vue as we prioritize profitable growth. Products in the NPI process are excluded from the scope of this job. Any projects requiring custom sizes, logistics or packaging would be in the purview of this role. Responsibilities
