The Manager Global Customer Care - RevOp will manage and drive the performance of the Order Management team, ensuring alignment, development, and continuous process enhancement. This role involves developing and mentoring a team of Order Management Specialists, overseeing all Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities for US Ortho. This position will support all assigned sales regions, partnering with sales leaders to create business reviews focused on open order performance and ortho aging. The Manager Global Customer Care - RevOp will be responsible for creating and implementing value-adding processes that drive efficiency and align with organizational goals. What will you be doing?
