The Manager Global Customer Care - RevOp will manage and drive the performance of the Order Management team, ensuring alignment, development, and continuous process enhancement. This role involves developing and mentoring a team of Order Management Specialists, overseeing all Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities for US Ortho. This position will support all assigned sales regions, partnering with sales leaders to create business reviews focused on open order performance and ortho aging. The Manager Global Customer Care - RevOp will be responsible for creating and implementing value-adding processes that drive efficiency and align with organizational goals.

What will you be doing?

  • Team Management: Oversee and manage the functions and activities of the Order Management team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Strategic Oversight: Drive organizational initiatives, focusing on open order performance, strategic objectives, and operational goals.
  • Process Evaluation: Evaluate existing processes and implement enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Support the reporting and analysis of open order metrics, including data collection, Pareto analysis, and development of improvement plans. Track all key metrics to monitor progress.
  • Performance Development: Develop key performance metrics (KPIs) and measurable business objectives (MBOs) while providing ongoing mentoring and coaching for the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow managers to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions aimed at enhancing the Order Management process. Focus on continuous process improvement initiatives with a global perspective, ensuring alignment across regions to drive efficiency and streamline operations worldwide.

What will you need to be successful?

  • 7+ years of experience in the industry with a strong background in Order Management and related functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic and critical thinking in decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and sales leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Must be able to work independently and take ownership of projects and initiatives.
  • College degree or 7+ years of industry-related experience.
