Description
POSITION SUMMARY As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful training programs, conducting assessments, and tracking team progress. You'll collaborate closely with management and executives to align training with strategic goals, enhance industry-specific skills, and nurture future leaders within Ebara. Your work will be essential in building a high-performing, future-ready team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Principal accountabilities:
- Develop and implement employee training curriculum for all levels of positions.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Deliver engaging training sessions in person or virtually.
- Partner with Executives and the Chief Personnel Officer (CPO) to develop future managers' skills.
- Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics.
- Assist employees, supervisors, and managers in improving performance through training and development.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
- Stay updated on trends in training and development.
- Support the onboarding of new employees with tailored training.
- Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara's safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Corporate training and development certifications are a plus.
Experience
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of work-related experience, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Proven working experience as a corporate trainer
- Proficiency in MS Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
