About Us
At Selective, we don't just insure uniquely, we employ uniqueness. Overview Responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of SSU Operations, Technical, or Field Coordinator team. Supervise team of SSU Operations Analysts, Technical Support, or Field Coordinator team that support SBU, UW, and other users of various systems. Performs designated team duties. Designs, implements, and monitors internal process improvements geared towards improving customer service, efficiencies, team through-put and overall quality of output. Interact daily with SSU Management, IT, and SBU business partners. Assist with the development of monthly scorecard representing operational performance for management review. Directs all project and task responsibilities of the unit through direct and matrix reporting relationships. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
