Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyzes methods, facilities, and equipment for optimal resource use

  • Evaluates capacity, processes, and products; recommends and implements improvements

  • Assesses process changes' impact on budgets and develops labor standards

  • Coordinates performance data for manufacturing management and resource allocation

  • Oversees implementation of manufacturing processes and product changes

  • Assists with shop floor layout and ensures accurate budget/performance data

  • Interfaces with manufacturing and tooling teams to ensure resource availability

  • Represents the organization in cross-functional teams and ensures process improvements meet targets

  • Develops shop schedules and capacity plans for work centers and tools

  • Applies technical principles and provides solutions with some guidance


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in scheduling, production workflows, order management, recovery planning, and tracking shop performance
  • Experience organizing build plans, scheduling in a sequenced manufacturing environment, and using MRP systems
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and meeting facilitation skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage projects, understand workflow, and present data clearly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas for data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ year in an analyst role
  • Aerospace experience and familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Project, and production control
  • Experience with metrics creation, planning hours, and managing overtime
