The Job

Director, Duals Product Strategy and Experience will be responsible for our duals product growth, member experience, and overall P&L of the product. This role involves articulating strategy for SCAN's dual product and rallying team members across different functions to turn the vision into reality.

You Will

Gain a deep understanding of the dual market dynamics, regulatory environment, competitive landscape, customer needs, and SCAN's current capabilities.

Develop SCAN's duals strategy to drive market expansion, membership growth and retention, create buy-in for the product vision, and translate product strategy into actional initiatives

Work closely with product, network, member experience, regulatory affairs, operations, and finance team to deliver quick wins as well as a successful longer-term trajectory

Work with compliance to understand state and federal requirements for the product, and ensure we maintain compliance

Be SME for Duals product in broader organization conversations and ensure broader strategy aligns with needs of the dual product

Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience

Proficient with Microsoft products: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.

Leadership - Skilled to develop others

Business Insight - In-Depth understanding of the business

Problem Solving - Good problem-solving skills

Strategic Mindset - Creates strategies to sustain competitive advantage

Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects.

  • Base Pay Range: $147,900.00 to $236,600.00 USD Annually
  • Work Mode: Mostly Onsite (In the Long Beach, CA office 2 times a week on Tuesday and Wednesday)
