Your Job John Zink, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking to add a Product Configuration Leader. This role is based in Tulsa, OK. John Zink is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in product design and manufacturing. As part of our strategic vision to transform our approach to improve product market fit and leading the market in customer satisfaction, we are seeking a leader within Engineering to help us drive business transformation. This leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders across the organization to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be a Principled Entrepreneur who is able to lead both people and strategic initiatives, adapt to a changing environment, and overcome obstacles to achieve a strategic vision.
