ResponsibilitiesChampion collaboration between design and engineering to fill gaps and contribute to initiatives that create opportunities for impact.Lead the development and/or enablement of front-end design solutions, technical prototypes, tooling, and/or user interface systems for one or more owned products. Influence design ideas to generate ideation solutions for complex products through meetings to improve product designs and influence the prioritization of product backlog and sprint management.Lead interactions with Engineering for successful design implementation. Lead design Q&A forums to ensure "pixel perfect" designs.Lead the building and maintenance of tools, platforms, and systems, and you'll ensure the use and adoption of the latest codebases and design systems. Set context for senior leadership stakeholders.Lead collaboration with creative team members, program managers, and developers to define and iterate on new and existing product features as well as make decisions on behalf of One Microsoft.Communicate a compelling, convincing product story to a variety of audiences, inspiring excitement and support of the product, and you will create clarity and build energy for stakeholders. | |
