As a Physical Therapist serving as a Clinical Education Specialist, you will provide training and clinical guidance to customers and internal teams. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to develop strategies for products and services. As a clinical subject matter expert, you will advise management on relevant product concerns. Additionally, you will collaborate with partners to develop education pathways and lead Clinical Education marketing projects.
Your Impact
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
- Licensed Physical Therapist and a combination of experience, and education commensurate with essential duties of the position may also be considered
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
Additional Success Factors
- Previous Supplier/Manufacture or School Educator experience
- Strong Collaboration and Leadership skills
- Use of personal computer, MS Office applications, and general office equipment
- Proficient analytical, interpersonal, communication, organizational and numerical skills essential
- Well versed in Powerpoint
- Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical community
- Knowledge of prosthetic and orthotic products
- Ability to operate independently in a self-directed manner
- Ability to sell
- Ability to maintain customer relations
- Ability to communicate persuasively both orally and in writing
- Presentation and educational skills
- Must be able to travel frequently

Pay range of $80,000-$115,000 + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with Illinois Law. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
