Team Lead

Position Details:

• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Organize and prioritize departmental work
• Manage job tickets and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
• Perform data entry and computer-based tracking of work orders
• Work hands-on at a kitting table, assembling documents and product kits
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Support production goals by assisting in various tasks as needed
• Ensure your workspace is clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company policies and maintain quality standards throughout operations

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer use and data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to manage tasks independently and see projects through to completion
