The team focuses on architectural design, problem solving, and security using leading edge technologies to deliver solutions for the organization as part of the OCC Unified Technology Strategy. As a Principal, Technology Engineer and senior member of the team, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, partner teams, and solutions architects to research and engineer available technologies as part of a comprehensive requirements-driven solution design. You will be developing technology engineering requirements and leading proof-of-concept and laboratory testing efforts using modern approaches to process and automation. You will build/deploy/document/manage Lab environments within On-Prem/Cloud Datacenters to be used for Proof-of-Concepts and rapid prototyping. In this engineering role, you will use your technology background to evaluate emerging technologies and help Leadership make informed decisions on changes to the OCC Technology Roadmap. Salary Range $171,700.00 - $282,700.00Incentive Range 23% to 30%This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
