Job Details Radiology Opportunities with Einstein Jefferson HealthJob Description Radiologists - Multiple Openings (Einstein Practice Plan, Inc., Philadelphia, PA): Diagnose and treat disease and injuries using medical imaging techniques such as x- rays, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), computerized axial tomography (CAT) positron emission tomography (PET) nuclear medicine, mammography and ultrasounds. Perform minimally invasive medical procedures and tests such as image-guided biopsies. Prepare comprehensive interpretive reports and findings. Communicate examination results or diagnostic information to referring physicians, patients, and/or families. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure appropriate care. Requires: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)/ Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) or foreign equivalent; Pennsylvania license/eligibility; completion of 4 year (48 month) ACGME (Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education) approved Diagnostic Radiology residency program; must be Board Eligible (B.E.)/Board Certified (B.C.) in Diagnostic Radiology; must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
