As the Director, Commercial, Portfolio & Brand Lead you will be in a leadership role responsible for managing and driving the success of multiple products across an immunology portfolio. You will lead the brand strategy, portfolio management, and development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term business goals. You will bring a deep understanding of the US healthcare access landscape and distribution models, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate and adapt to complex business/market dynamics.

Your additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Brand Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for multiple products across an immunology portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs

  • Owner for solidifying long and short-term forecasts across product portfolio (i.e. supply demand plan, portfolio reviews, financial forecasts)

  • Support market access strategy development and execution to ensure outcomes align to long and short-term demand and financial forecasts

Product Portfolio Management:

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, and cost-efficiency

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, market access, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing management of product strategies

P&L Responsibility:

  • Full accountability for the profit and loss of assigned brands, ensuring financial targets are met, or exceeded

Marketing / Market Access Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for brand, including Market Access support, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • BA / BS required, MBA preferred

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Brand Management, Market Access, or Biosimilar Healthcare related industry roles

  • Requires extensive experience in successful product launches

  • Requires experience with full profit and loss (P/L) accountability for assigned brands

  • Market access and government pricing proficiency required

Travel Requirements: Approximately 20% as business needs require.

This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.

Our Sandoz flexible-hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workdays remotely.

Sandoz offers a generous employee benefits package that includes a competitive salary, health insurance coverage for medical, prescription drugs, dental and vision, a generous company match for retirement savings accounts, and generous paid time off.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $185,500 and $344,500/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.
