In the role of a Senior Compensation Consultant you will be working in our Human Resources Department. Summary Primary Responsibilities
All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN,TX, and UT. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with others in problem identification and resolution. Ability to manage stressful situations effectively. Ability to foster teamwork. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate information necessary for business success. Demonstrates ability to conceptualize. Ability to set and communicate priorities; effectively planning and organizing the work of the group. Ability to maintainconfidences. Ability to demonstrate personal integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Required Experience: 3 years Preferred Certification/Licensure(s): Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Why MCW?
