The Customer Service Representative manages customer accounts by developing and facilitating productive and effective business relationships for TTM. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Customer Service Representative promotes and maintains positive customer relations by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, with significant interaction with the Operations and Quality teams. As an integral member of Program team, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for the successful execution of the purchase order entry/modification process, RMA processing, and overall maintenance/updates to TTM's ERP system regarding customer activity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the achievement of customer satisfaction by providing high quality and timely service to all internal and external customers. Analyze and understand customer requirements and take prompt, appropriate action that exceeds expectations.

  • Work to develop customer relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, trust and integrity.

  • Respond to customer inquiries on pricing/availability, product information, order receipt, ship status, returns and samples.

  • Work cross-departmentally with TTM Production Control and other areas to obtain accurate and timely information for customers and resolve problems where necessary.

  • Maintain updates in ERP related to purchase orders, RMAs, etc.

  • Recommend quality improvements to policies and procedures.

  • Comply with and support all department and corporate policies and procedures, included but not limited to safety, security, ESD and OSHA guidelines.

  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Customer service mindset required.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks through effective time management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Prior Sales Administration experience in a Manufacturing environment a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
