Position Summary Our Human Resources team is looking for a highly motivated individual with strong technical skills and demonstrated expertise in the processes and programs owned by the Employee Engagement Center of Excellence (COE). The initial area of focus will be on employee engagement measurement, including survey item design, survey administration, report and/or dashboard design, data analytics, interfacing with the survey vendor, and supporting various initiatives aligned to enterprise engagement priorities. The position will serve as a utility player and over time, may work on a variety of processes and initiatives, collaborating across Talent Management and HR to design and deliver employee engagement and talent management programs, processes, and initiatives.
