Primary purpose: The Ecommerce Promotions Assistant will be responsible for promotional setup and execution on both katespade.com and katespadeoutlet.com to ensure the seamless execution of promotions, providing a flawless online shopping experience for our customers. This role is responsible for new promotion creation, promotional setup, QA & Testing, and collaborating with the customer service/IT team to resolve issues. This position is highly collaborative with the IT, Marketing, Planning and Buying groups. The Ecommerce Promotions Assistant will be a team player with exceptional organizational skills, obsessive attention to detail and the ability to work in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams as well buying & planning teams, to understand promotional objectives and requirements
  • Set up and implement error free digital promotions on the e-commerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), including discount codes, gifts with purchase (GWP's), sitewide discounts, channel specific source coded offers, and loyalty offers
  • Ensure promotions are accurately implemented according to the calendar and deadlines
  • Conduct thorough testing of promotions, in partnership with IT, across multiple devices and browsers to ensure they function correctly (ie correct display of messaging, stacking exclusions, applying discounts)
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure promotions are properly aligned with customer experience goals
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues or discrepancies in promotions, coordinating with IT teams to resolve bugs or glitches in a timely manner
  • Monitor promotions in real time to ensure they are live and functioning as intended in partnership with IT and customer service
  • Proactively suggest improvements for operational processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in digital promotion execution
  • Daily use of Salesforce Commerce Cloud to manage promotion setup
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to proactively facilitate and resolve issues/escalations around pricing and promotions
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Routinely conduct competitive research and analysis, recommend changes, updates, and improvements to support the company's business objectives

Work Setup: Hybrid

BASE PAY RANGE $65,000.00 TO $68,000.00
