Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist in completing projects across various functional areas, define performance and results and may even assist management with vendors and service providers
• Makes presentations to management regarding updates, cycles, results and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Work directly with local and other business segment leaders to drive change and assist in managing of large projects

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a graduate level degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health or related field
• Active enrollment in a graduate degree program throughout the duration of the summer 2025 internship
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
• Experience communicating ideas clearly and concisely
• Demonstrated excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

The hourly range for this role is $30.00 to $60.00 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
