Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, team-focused environment? Staffmark is hiring a Lead Mail Processor to join our partner, a leading mail processing company in Fife, WA. If you're organized, dependable, and ready to grow your leadership skills, this is your opportunity to shine.

Pay: $21/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Start times vary between 5:00 PM - 4:00 AM (must be flexible; shifts range from 5-8 hours)

What You'll Do:



  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
  • Guide and support team members, including new hires
  • Walk the production floor to ensure smooth workflow
  • Foster strong working relationships and team collaboration
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and management
  • Manage daily production reports and task completion
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and maintain reliable attendance



What We're Looking For:



  • Entry-level position; 6+ months in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Leadership experience managing teams of 15-40+ is a plus
  • Strong communication, reading, and writing skills
  • Dependable with excellent people skills and a team-first mindset
