*Description* * Managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers. * Providing exceptional customer service to clients. * Collaborating with the retention and attach teams. * Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour when communicating with client. * Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved. * Keeping detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Details * All web leads (anybody that is a hand raiser or expresses interest) go through to this team. * They will access these leads in salesforce and from there pass to Account Executives. * Also taking inbound calls, vetting to see if they are a true acquisition client. * They are responsible for lead generation and scrubbing inbound and outbound calls *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.02 - $22.02/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
