Basic Job Functions:



  • We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Manager to join our Treasury team. In this advanced role, you will oversee funding and cash management for domestic and international subsidiaries, optimize global banking structures, and manage complex foreign currency and insurance responsibilities. This position demands strong treasury operations experience, leadership in financial environments, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments, build professional relationships, and provide insights to enhance financial operations. This role emphasizes continuous learning, adaptability, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance in all financial matters.


Education/Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in treasury, finance, banking, or a related field is required.
  • Strong knowledge of global banking operations, foreign exchange, and insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional certification in finance or treasury (e.g., CPA, CTP, CFA) is preferred.

Essential Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Analysis:



  • Plan and direct strategic activities to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze variances in the treasury budget and maintain company-wide treasury policies and internal controls.
  • Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead investment and borrowing initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor capital structures, strategic finance initiatives, and complete special projects.


Cash Management and Optimization:



  • Oversee funding and cash management for domestic and international subsidiaries.
  • Optimize banking infrastructure, cash management, and treasury technology with IT collaboration.
  • Manage excess operating cash and daily liquidity for optimal interest revenue.
  • Enhance cash flow forecasting with FP&A.


Risk Management:



  • Manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks through hedging, share repurchase, and equipment leasing.
  • Advise on currency and interest rate risks and liquidity planning.
  • Advise on sales and supply chain contracts as a subject matter expert on credit exposure and security.
  • Oversee credit insurance and develop risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury rules and maintain accurate accounting procedures.


Relationship Management:



  • Maintain and enhance relationships with financial institutions to support the company's cash management operations.
  • Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, investors, and senior management.
  • Serve as primary bank contact for cash management and compliance, and ensure loan and debt covenant compliance.
  • Coordinate with investment advisors for transactions and cost efficiency, and manage capital market efforts to ensure investment law compliance.


Reporting and Communication:



  • Prepare finance risk committee reports and develop investor communication strategies.
  • Create and track treasury reporting dashboards and KPIs.
  • Ensure the development and presentation of comprehensive reports on liquidity and cash management metrics to executives and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and business partners to optimize working capital and oversee third-party service providers.


Reporting Relationships:



  • This position will oversee up to four financial analysts associates, including supervisors.


Travel:



  • 5% - 10%


Estimated Salary Range:



  • $97,500-$139,000 Annually.
