Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 3+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Pull and interpret data from Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel dashboards to analyze finance data defect trends Translate large datasets from ED QDM and other sources into clear, executive-ready insights Monitor SLA adherence across defect phases; identify breaches and inconsistencies Prepare and distribute weekly reports using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) with data refreshes and commentary Draft monthly executive summary decks with concise, actionable bullet point Manage stakeholder communication around SLA breaches and open data defects, including escalation emails Perform monthly data control validations and support risk mitigation efforts in coordination with governance teams Troubleshoot and maintain Excel-based reporting tools to ensure data integrity Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management Advanced Excel proficiency: pivot tables, complex formulas, error tracing, and data modeling PowerPoint expertise for executive-level reporting and presentation Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a risk and controls mindset Familiarity with Power BI and Power Apps (as data sources no development required) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to summarize complex data for leadership Pay Range: $60-70 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
