Business Systems Analyst - Corporate - Remote

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for using their knowledge of ERPs, CRMs, and their business acumen to help maximize productivity. They will work with development teams, stakeholders, and internal IT staff to assist in the support and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM platforms. This person will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, business processes, and problems to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. They will also participate in training company software users on how to use the software effectively while performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support the continuous improvement of the CSC enterprise application portfolio.
• Analyze current and new business processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand the individual needs of the business.
• Translating business needs to functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and 3rd party support teams to discover, design, develop and fulfill business needs.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return on investment analyses to aid in decisions on system and application enhancements.
• Documentation and verification of features and functionality.
• Provides technical support assistance and training for support of new features and functionality.
• Create and promote a respectful and collaborative working environment.
• Adequately plan, organize, communicate, and execute an array of activities from simple tasks and complex projects to deliver results.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
