This position is in-office and located in Magnolia, AR. What You Will Do
- Participate in weekly Production Planning alignment meetings with operations leadership.
- Monitor customer orders and forecast and build detailed packaging/bulk loading plans to support.
- Responsible for selection of batches that meet customer specs by use of QM system in SAP.
- Understand SAP including MRP functionality, material movements, inventory reporting, material transactions, goods receipts and the reconciliation of all the above.
- Reconcile and research mismatches of incorrect invoice quantities, purchase order discrepancies, incorrect coding and drive the findings to a workable solution.
- Provide input to Raw Material scheduler to align inbounds of raw materials to support details of production plans.
- Point of contact for any tolling activities for materials involving Magnolia products.
- For sold out product lines, lead allocation process by working closely with Product Managers, Customer Service Reps and Transportation Planning Analysts
- Assist with monthly/weekly cycle count process to support SAP accuracy.
What You Bring Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
- SAP experience in MRP, Inventory Management, and order fulfillment
- Daily experience with Excel, SAP, Sharepoint, Teams and Outlook.
- Capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capable of developing leadership relationships with a wide variety of individuals.
Preferred:
- 4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
- SAP knowledge of other areas such as, Purchasing, Logistics, Accounts Payable
- Experience in end-to-end process of customer order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of Chemical Operations from standpoint of rates and process capacities.
- Good organization and task oriented
- Able to interface with multiple personalities in a consistent, professional manner
- Strong motivational skills.
