Responsibilities

    Responsible for both Communications and Executive Support requirements, as a dual-hatted Communications and Executive Support team member.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to communications strategy, writing strategic communications pieces, writing leadership profiles, writing newsletters, and recording staff meeting minutes.
  • Develops and updates organizational charts and phone trees, drafts a series of impact reports, and captures and packages information from staff meetings.
  • Engages with front office staff and provides necessary products and/or solutions that integrate into current processes.
  • Works with leadership to help draft a strategic plan for high-priority efforts.
  • Assists with a high volume of critical action items for the office and prepares material for Continuity of Operations for the office while ensuring continuous updates as required.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Clearance: TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence and expertise to help guide and drive organizational change (not just facilitate it)
  • Experience in Intelligence communications.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Experience developing and disseminating key messages across major media platforms.
  • Experience designing and reinforcing strategic plans to impact and drive campaigns.
  • Experience creating multi-media communications content for key stakeholders and audiences.
  • Experience streamlining efficiency of communications to drive key initiatives.
  • Good time management skills; ability to support multiple projects; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up to support the customer's needs, clearly communicate (orally & written) ideas, work autonomously.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Visio)

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
