Duties: Responsible for documenting processes, procedures and workflows associated with applications; work with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements; take the lead in coordinating the implementation of related technology projects; identify, document, and troubleshoot application related problems; serve as a technical resource related to financial data and requirements solicitation; provide support as necessary to other team members for various projects; create detailed Project Requirement documentation related to data performance and modeling; determine the impact of modifications and enhancements on the application and report to different teams, including development teams and project stakeholders; work with developers on requirements associated with data driven projects; provide technical data development using various tools and applications including SQL and Erwin; utilize SQL, CSS, HTML, ASP.NET, JIRA, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Hadoop, Teradata, Bitbucket, and MS Visio to perform duties; provide updates to stakeholders in the form of FRDs and BRDs in conjunction with process improvement initiatives; participate in end-to-end review and analysis, design, development, and reporting for related projects; lead continuous improvement processes to build expertise in creating, analyzing, and improving processes; develop integrated monitoring of reactive and response runtime platforms consistent with the cloud platform frameworks; ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies; work with multiple development teams, scrum masters, and quality assurance teams to ensure all technical requirements are clear and that work is completed; and collaborate with developers and translate business requirements.
Location: New York, NY and various unanticipated locations throughout the US; Salary: $131,040 per year (standard benefits apply); Minimum Qualifications: Education: Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree); Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Software Developer, as a Software Engineer, or in a related occupation; Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years' use of all the following: SQL, CSS, HTML, ASP.NET, JIRA, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Hadoop, Teradata, Bitbucket, and MS Visio. Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience. The candidate must still be on billing at the time the second payment is due for you to be eligible to receive it. *Installments are typically mailed out towards the end of the qualifying month.
