Summary:

This position is responsible for transporting patients and families from various FW shelters to their appointments at CCHCS Medical Providers. This position may also transport to Pharmacies and other locations as directed by the Case Manager for the shelters.

Education & Experience

• No minimum education required.

• 1 year experience operating a commercial vehicle required.

• Clean driving record required.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification

• Current Class C CDL Texas State License required.
