CLA is looking to hire a CFO/ Office Leader to lead our growing Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) practice. This position can be based out of anyone of our Iowa or Southern-Minnesota office locations. About the Role: In this role, you will assist in managing a team accounting and finance professionals to deliver outsourced accounting solutions to clients as well as provide CFO consulting services yourself. The CAAS team has experienced significant growth over the past few years, and this role will implement strategic initiatives to continue to grow the team and scale the outsourcing operations. Qualifications:
The wage range for this position in southern Minnesota is: $140,000.00 - $190,000. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. Our Perks:
