The Supervisor, Group Services drives operational excellence, coaches and develops high-performing teams, and ensures seamless workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment. You will be directly accountable for solving challenges and building teams and will ensure a seamless EDI process.



WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary: $66,500 - $86,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Lead and Manage Teams: Oversee and develop teams responsible for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes, including managing weekly file feeds, handling a constant workflow, and addressing escalations.
  • Talent Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to your team. Help them handle escalated calls, develop their skills, and become high performers.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal and external stakeholders such as field reps, brokers, and business partners to drive customer satisfaction and operational success.
  • Ensure Service Excellence: Lead efforts to improve workflow efficiency, monitor productivity, and ensure timely handling of customer needs. Manage metrics reporting to track performance and ensure operational goals are met.
  • Project Leadership: Participate in or lead projects to improve productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify and resolve potential operational risks.
  • Adapt and Innovate: Stay updated on trends and best practices in insurance, benefits administration, and eligibility, and bring innovative solutions to improve processes.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Experienced Leader: Prior supervisory experience is a must, including direct management of staff in a service-based environment (insurance or financial services would be ideal).
  • Service-Oriented: A background in insurance, eligibility, or benefits administration is ideal. EDI experience is helpful but not required.
  • Talent Developer: Proven experience in developing and mentoring teams, including managing performance, resolving conflicts, and fostering professional growth.
  • Operational Expertise: Ability to manage complex workflows, handle escalations, and improve team efficiency through clear metrics and reporting.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and system administration. Experience with EDI and IT projects is a plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
