Contracts Specialist

• 
  

  Monitor the Amendment Inbox and process commercial contract amendments as needed.

  
  
• 
  

  Perform custom commercial and residential contract validations using Excel.

  
  
• 
  

  Track and manage move-out reports.

  
  
• 
  

  Execute commercial contract updates such as meter adds, drops, regains, swaps, etc., in the risk system.

  
  
• 
  

  Generate reports for management related to amendment transactions.

  
  
• 
  

  Calculate Early Termination Fees (ETFs) for commercial custom contracts and submit to Collections.

  
  

• 
  

  1-2 years of post-college professional experience preferred.

  
  
• 
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Recent graduates will be considered if they demonstrate strong potential.

    
    
  
  
  
  
• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency in Excel required.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience with SQL is a huge plus.
