THE JOB:
As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. You will also assist with setting up banquet functions and special events. With your attention to detail and positive attitude, you help set the stage for an exceptional guest experience through both behind-the-scenes support and visible, friendly service.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen areas by washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, rearranging kitchen areas based on Executive Chefs direction
• Maintaining cleanliness of walk-in freezer
• Maintain the break down of 3 (three) compartment sink, cleaning underneath equipment.
• Work in tandem with team members to efficiently clean assigned kitchens on property.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 18 years of age
• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent

The starting rate for this role is:

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
