Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an IT Business Analyst in Green Bay, WI to perform functional analysis, including identifying features, capabilities and user stories, and to develop solutions that deliver requested capabilities within approved constraints. The IT Business Analyst will have a thorough understanding of business system functionalities and will work independently on advanced, complex projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Use system analysis, development, quality assurance, integration methodologies and related techniques to develop solutions and identify appropriate epics, capabilities and user stories.
  • Collaborate with solution leads and technical developers to ensure solutions are in alignment with project success criteria.
  • Provide functional expertise for developing prototypes and specifications, data mapping, function mapping, test cases and user testing support.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in supported business processes.
  • Be involved in security and authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the resolution of domain-related solution and production problems.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
