Ideal candidate has experience working in a contracts or procurement setting; however, based on budget, and the location of the role, they are open to someone new to the workforce who has the right soft-skills.
*1-2 years of hands-on experience supporting Software Asset Management (SAM) programs, preferably in an enterprise environment. *Solid understanding of software license types (e.g., perpetual, subscription, user/device-based) and familiarity with vendor-specific models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, etc.). *Experience tracking and managing entitlements, true-ups, renewals, and terminations across multiple software vendors. *Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) to manage, analyze, and reconcile license and usage data. *Familiarity with IT asset management or SAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Snow, Flexera, Lansweeper, or similar) to track inventory and monitor compliance. *Ability to consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to support compliance audits and usage optimization efforts. *Skilled in interpreting license agreements and understanding usage rights and restrictions. *Comfortable creating reporting dashboards or visual summaries for internal stakeholders. *Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies or anomalies in data. *Effective communicator who can work cross-functionally with Procurement, IT, Finance, and Legal teams. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
