Requirements



  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Proficient in the use of Excel and data entry
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Must be able to manage potentially challenging customer interactions professionally
  • Business casual dress code



Shift Details



  • Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay | $13 per hour



Customer Support Agent Job Responsibilities

Perform quality control calls for deliveries. Ask a series of questions to customers. Accurately documenting your conversation in the computer system.
