Accounting Clerk Responsibilities: - Perform daily cycle counts, verifying quantity and location - Generate customer invoices and credit memos - Review accounts receivable aging report weekly for past due balances - Contact customers for payment and place customer accounts on credit hold for nonpayment - Assist with end of month closing of Accounts Receivable and Payable - Assist with balancing accounts to the general ledger - Change inventory locations when necessary - Assist with inventory in the manufacturing plant Requirements for Accounting Clerk: - At least two years of experience in Accounting and manufacturing - Associate's degree preferred - Able to assist in the manufacturing plant - Able to stand, sit, bend, lift up to 50lbs throughout shift IND035 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
